This website, casinopaymentsca.com, is operated by the CasinoPaymentsCA team ("we", "us"). We aim to collect as little personal information as possible. Questions about this policy can be sent to info@casinopaymentsca.com.

Information we collect

  • Usage data. Like most websites, we may use analytics tools to understand how pages are used, such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type and referring sites. Where possible this data is aggregated or anonymized. Current tools: Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or fingerprinting and reports only aggregated visit statistics.
  • Server and security logs. Our hosting and content delivery provider processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site against abuse.
  • Messages you send. If you email us, we keep your message and address to reply.
  • Affiliate link clicks. When you follow a link to a casino, the casino or its affiliate network may record that you arrived from our site, using its own cookies or tracking parameters.

We do not run accounts or forms on this site and do not ask for payment details.

Cookies

We may use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and basic site functions. Casino sites you visit through our links set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. At present we do not set analytics or advertising cookies, so no cookie banner is shown. Pages load web fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver the font files.

Hosting

The site is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical data on our behalf to serve pages and provide security. Data may be processed in Canada and other countries, including the United States.

How we use and share information

We use information to run, secure and improve the site and to respond to messages. We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers such as our host and analytics provider, or where required by law.

Retention and your rights

We keep information only as long as needed for these purposes (emails for up to two years after our last exchange; aggregated analytics without personal identifiers indefinitely). Subject to applicable Canadian privacy law, you may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by writing to info@casinopaymentsca.com.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. See also our terms of use.
