AMPM Casino review

Overview

AMPM Casino launched in 2022 and is run by WoT N.V. under a Curaçao Gaming Control Board licence. It belongs to the same group as Milkyway Casino and SpinGreen, so players who know those sites will find a familiar layout and cashier. The headline appeal is breadth: a very large slot catalogue, a live casino and a long list of payment options including Interac and crypto. Because the licence is offshore, Ontario residents should use sites registered with iGaming Ontario instead; see our Ontario page. LCB also notes that its bonus offers are not available to Ontario residents.

Games and software

LCB counts well over 6,000 slots, and Casino Guru lists roughly 75–78 providers, including NetEnt, Nolimit City, Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO and Evolution. Beyond slots, the lobby covers roulette, blackjack, baccarat, video poker, jackpot games, crash games, keno, scratch cards, bingo and virtual sports. The live section includes blackjack, baccarat, roulette, poker, dice games and game shows. There is no sportsbook and no poker room; the casino itself has confirmed in a reply to a player that sports betting is not offered.

Bonuses and promotions

The welcome offer shown on this site is up to 150% up to C$300 or 50 free spins. LCB describes a package covering the first three deposits, plus recurring promotions:

• Cashback and extra-spin offers
• Birthday bonuses
• Weekly and monthly tournaments
• A 16-level loyalty club where deposit points can be traded for bonuses and rewards

Two terms deserve attention. According to LCB, players can use only three bonuses in a row before the casino expects a straight deposit, and a 20% deduction can apply to withdrawals if deposits have not been wagered three times. Casino Guru also flags clauses about claiming too many bonuses and certain betting techniques. Wagering requirements are not published by our sources, so check them before opting in; our bonus and payment method guide explains why.

Mobile experience

There is no native app. Reviews describe the site as accessible in mobile browsers on iOS and Android, so you can play without installing anything, but there is no dedicated mobile bonus or feature set mentioned.

Customer support

Live chat runs 24/7 in English, German and Polish, but only after you register. Email is available but slower. Casino Guru's reviewers rated support as average, and LCB's tester reported being blocked from live chat and receiving no reply to two emails. French is not listed as a support language.

Safety, licence and reputation

Casino Guru gives AMPM a Safety Index of 5.4 (Below average). It cites somewhat unfair terms and a high value of withheld winnings in complaints relative to the casino's size, though it is not on any blacklist. Complaint themes in player reviews include slow or cancelled withdrawals and KYC delays; preparing your documents early (see our KYC guide) can help. LCB members rate the casino 3.6/5. The operator says standard withdrawals take up to 72 hours. Our sources do not describe its responsible gambling tools beyond a self-exclusion option mentioned by a player.

Payment methods at AMPM Casino

These are the payment methods AMPM Casino lists that we cover on this site. Availability can depend on your province and account, and some methods (vouchers, Apple Pay, Google Pay) are often deposit-only, so check the withdrawal options in the cashier.

Other options listed: MiFinity, Jeton, Revolut, eZeeWallet, CashtoCode, bank transfer, other crypto (XRP, SOL, DOGE, USDC, etc.).

AMPM Casino deposit and withdrawal limits

Limits often differ by payment method and VIP level, and casinos can change them without notice. Your bank sets its own caps as well: Interac e-Transfer, for example, typically has daily and weekly sending limits. Large withdrawals may be split into instalments and usually require completed KYC verification.

How to deposit at AMPM Casino

1. Register and confirm your email or phone number.
2. Open the cashier and choose Interac (it may appear as Interac e-Transfer).
3. Enter an amount in CAD at or above the minimum (C$16.75 (€10.38 equivalent)).
4. Approve the payment in your banking app or follow the e-Transfer instructions on screen.
5. Return to the casino: the balance usually updates within minutes.

See our Interac casino guide for limits, fees and common reasons a transfer is declined.

Withdrawals

Reported withdrawal times: E-wallets/crypto: up to 24 h; cards: 24–48 h (casino states up to 72 h). Expect identity checks (KYC) before the first payout, and note that casinos usually pay back to the method you deposited with where possible. Read how to withdraw and KYC verification before you request a cash-out.

AMPM Casino pros and cons

Our verdict

AMPM Casino offers a lot of games and a generous loyalty structure, which makes it tempting for slot-focused players outside Ontario. However, Casino Guru's below-average safety score, complaints about withdrawals and KYC, and restrictive bonus rules are real drawbacks. It is best for experienced players who complete verification before depositing and keep balances modest. Players who prioritize smooth payouts or French support should choose a better-rated brand.

Is AMPM Casino legal in Canada?

Ontario residents can legally play only at operators registered with iGaming Ontario. AMPM Casino is licensed in Curaçao; outside Ontario, many Canadians use offshore-licensed casinos, while provincial lottery sites run the regulated options.
